Hello,

Welcome to the gallery where I have placed the pictures I took at the 2011 Hoops, Dreams and Goals basketball tournament in Big Spring on 3/25/2011.

First I wanted to say what a great tournament it was. The teams were very serious and competitive. The halftime shows were very good and overall it was a great time.

Briefly, if you are a family member/participant you may download the pictures at no cost for personal use. This can include:
1) Printing the pictures, either yourself or through a printing service such as WalMart.
2) Using the pictures on social media sites, such as Facebook, MySpace, etc.
3) Email the pictures to other family members, friends, etc.
4) Save the pictures on your computer.
5) Other personal, non-profit (legal) uses I haven't thought of.

If you are one of the organizers/service centers/sponsors that were involved in the tournament you are welcome to download the files also. The files can be used to:
1) Print pictures to hang in your offices.
2) Use in advertising or promotional materials (any kind).
3) Pretty much anything else (legal) you want to do with them.
If you do decide to use the photos in advertising or promotional material, maybe for next year's tournament, you will need to get permission from the individual(s) in the pictures if you are legally required to do so. Also I would appreciate an acknowledgment that the photos are courtesy of Tony Claxton and a link to my web site (www.claxtonphotography.com).

The only thing that I really don't allow is someone to download the pictures and then sell the pictures themselves.

I have it set up so that downloading the picture files is free. Zenfolio requires that you go through the shopping cart like you were going to buy the pictures. When you get to the check out process it will not ask for credit card information and will give you the link to click on to download the pictures. The pictures you download will be in a zip file then you can extract the pictures from the zip file after it downloads.

If you aren't comfortable with downloading the pictures and would rather buy prints you can do that also. As you select each picture to put in the shopping cart you will be prompted for what product you want, either prints or digital downloads. If you get to the end of the process and decide you don't want to go through with the purchase/download you can clear the cart and forget about it. If you decide you don't want some of the pictures in the cart you can delete those. Until you put in the credit card information and purchase the pictures you can always back out.
